We love this project! This client wanted a large cutting board for her husband with two smaller cutting boards for the kids, who love to cook with Dad. We thought it was a perfect opportunity to create a special piece that would make a beautiful centerpiece in a family’s working kitchen.
The large board is 26″ x 20″ with 10″ x 10″ companion boards. White Oak, Walnut, and Cherry wood make a beautiful continuous design to visually connect all the boards together. The boards sit on four silicone feet with stainless steel screws, approved for commercial kitchen use. Finished with all food-safe oil and our custom board butter for a gorgeous sheen. The hardest thing about a board like this is actually cutting into it!
